Bharati Rao

FOUNDER

Bharati Rao has Masters in Industrial Psychology from Delhi University, and Doctorate in Management. She is a trained, Certified Counselor from St. Francis College, Hyderabad and a Certified Mediator with Singapore Mediation Center, a Level 1 Panel Member at the Singapore International Mediation Institute.

In her previous roles, she spent 18 years as an Officer in a nationalized bank and 6 years as a Psychologist/Counselor in a prominent B-School. She is presently engaged in teaching young adults and has also been a Master Trainer in areas related to Banking.

With the help of her training as a Counselor, she facilitates Mediation. Through her real life experience, both personal and professional, she facilitates in the solving of issues as well as in building of relationships.
